‘My philosophy is centred on giving players the freedom to play & express themselves.  This is achieved through a structured training programme that is age related & allows players the freedom to be creative & make their own decisions.

I conduct all my training sessions using the ball so that players become comfortable & confident with it.  This leads to improving their touch, creativity & play innovation.

I believe in early exposure to playing with a ball – from the age of 3-4 years.  We offer this concept through our innovative Toddler Soccer programme.  This helps lead to early development of all basic skills through training for technique.

I also believe in considerable time dedicated to casual small sided games & individual practice.  Targeting perfection while challenged by team-mates of superior quality & playing against / alongside older, developed players can only help to develop each individual player.

Exposure to progressive & innovative coaching allowing game exploration, trial-and-error & improvisation helps produce the complete player.  I encourage my players to be brave & perform skills while playing with a smile on their face & having fun.’
