Venues
The purpose of the Academy is to bring together elite players at each age group & coach them to a high level. This will help offer each child the best opportunity to develop as an individual.
We seek to develop the all round player, providing the technical basis for football excellence together with the need to understand the importance of acceptable social behaviour, in order to succeed as a potential professional player.
TWAcademy.Org will offer each player:
- A structured learning programme
- Regular individual feedback & duty of care
- Medical welfare
- Educational support
- Structured training programme
- Opportunities to travel & play against other youth set ups locally & abroad
There are 16-20 places available in each age group. Although we understand that some players will develop quicker than others. Rather than turn players away we provide a community section so that ‘late developers’ can still experience a higher level of coaching & still be involved with game days & tours.
